We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
