Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to improve store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
