Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
