Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, serving customers at the checkout, and upholding a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
