Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience, providing exceptional service, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
