Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
