Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
