Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Process customer purchases and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
