Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
