Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently and safely.
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
