Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, operate equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
