Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
