Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare's HomeHealth division. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
