Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Home Care LPN to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing goal-oriented care plans and participating in discharge planning.

Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
- Payscale: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Medical specialties include Geriatrics, Home Health, Pediatrics, and Wound Care. Standard shifts include day and night shifts with supplemental pay types and schedules for holidays and weekends.
