We have openings for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
