Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a Home Care LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning.
