Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring patient-centered care. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and hold a current DE LPN license.

Compensation
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
Requirements
