Job Description
Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a Home Care LPN. We are looking for dedicated LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. You will work closely with our supportive leadership team and have access to comprehensive training and technology resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Support New Castle County, DE, with day or night shift hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
