Job Description
ChristianaCare is looking for an experienced Home Care LPN to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning. This position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
