Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
