Job Description
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
