Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
