Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our organization, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities, we offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
