Job Opportunity
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE. Duties include implementing care plans, discharge planning, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
