Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As an integral part of a collaborative team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to leadership
- Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Execute cashier duties including processing purchases, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring inventory
- Perform stocking activities such as organizing inventory and creating merchandised displays
- Operate machinery safely and follow all procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
