Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist store management with feedback on products and inventory

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
