Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's dedicated team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
