Store Team Member at Aldi

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
