Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation skills.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
