Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering tasks and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
