Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations, merchandising products, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
