We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Store Team Member at Aldi. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and established procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe and proper operation of equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Meet state and local regulations for alcohol sales
