Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join ALDI as Store Team Members. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
